Through an ongoing commitment to staff training and the resources available from our worldwide network, we are able to provide the claims service you and your clients expect.

We have developed a centralised proactive approach to managing losses with a particular focus on effective communication between all parties.

Qualifying claims, with sufficient documentation, are ‘fast-tracked’ to ensure they are paid in the shortest possible time. More complex claims are dealt with by specialist staff who are able to undertake the necessary technical procedures accurately and efficiently.

We use only those Surveyors, Loss Adjusters and Legal Advisors who meet our standards to ensure quality service and we have a specialist team responsible for pursuing recoveries against liable third parties.

We can also support Loss Prevention Programs that help reduce the cost and incidence of claims.
